HUMAN TRACES

The concepts of home and domestic space have acquired an important role in our life, where we spend the majority of our time. With this series of photographs, shot entirely at home, I tried to document a fragment of this human experience, choosing as a subject one of my flatmates, who represents one of my main human interactions I had during the lockdown. The border between reality and dream has become more subtle, and our perception of time has changed. The main protagonist of this series is Time, represented by a foggy atmosphere which resembles the condition of dream, suspended in an endless eternity . Even the perception of our body and identity has changed, becoming more immaterial. Nevertheless, Time has passed, marked by a birthday cake and few objects. Another year has gone, but we remain trapped in another dimension. What human traces could we leave?
